At Card Valley, we want you to be happy. We want you to come back and buy from us again, which is precisely why we’ve crafted a returns policy that’s quite straight forward.

Simply e-mail us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you would like to return. It doesn’t matter what the reason is, all we ask is that the item is in exactly the same condition as when you received it.

If the item is undamaged, completely unopened and unused in the original wrapping exactly as received, we will happily accept the return.

You will be liable for any return postage costs and we ask that you repack with the same care that it was sent.

We have the right to refuse a returned order if we don’t believe these requirements have been met.

Anyone thought to be abusing the return policy will be denied future returns.
